Windows 2000 scanreg /restore help
Hi
i used w98se and i could setup scanreg.ini
and i know how restore a backup
but how can i do with w2k ?
how can i set up how many backups ?
help me , please step by step

In 2k you don't have the scanreg /restore possibility anymore. You can create backups of the registry (go to the backup tool, create emergency recovery disk, select "also backup the registry to the repair directory"), but restoring the registry requires booting in the recovery console.
