Unable to logon after sytem restore
a Friend of mine saved over a file of there's a week ago and her husband thought that system restore would bring it back. I told them that the file was gone and system restore had nothing to do with there problem. However they did a system restore regardless of my advice, and now are telling me that when they get to the logon screen and type there password in and press enter it says 'unable to logon interactively' I personally have never used system restore and am wondering on how to fix this and also if there is a way to undo a system restore at this point.
