    Talking Old Habits

I just went to a pizzeria that my family and I frequented over 15 years ago. I moved away, and moved back not long ago. I kept driving by going "Ya know, I should order from there again one of these days."

After all this time, its still just as good.

    Similar experiences??

Everytime I go home I go back to my local pub. They still haven't redecorated so the colour inside is still the same tobacco-browny-yellow its been for 12 years or more

    does that count?

Of course. I believe it is illegal for pubs to change colors more than once a half-century.

We have a Jays Hot Dog Shoppe near us that still has the original decor from 1960.

I'm only 25. I'm not old enough to have any old habits.

    Oh riiiiiiight....
If I ever go back to the valley, I guess I'll have to go to El Pato and have a peanutbutter and jelly taco.

There used to be a place in Yakima, Washington called The Flying Saucer Burger when I was a kid, and they had the BEST burgers I have ever had.

I hope they are still there when I get to Washington next summer.

Dick's Burgers in Seattle. I can remember when they were 17 cents and tastey. A buck now and still tastey!

I'm 25 and I can think of a couple places I would like to go back to where I grew up in NY, like the Italian place that had the best garlic bread I have ever had and Bagel Boss which had amazing bagels. It's tough to get good bagels in the South
