CTX USB drivers
[SIZE=1]Hello Windrivers users,
I have a CTX notebook computer model 400G that I am having a problem with. I am trying to connect to the internet with my cell phone through a USB connection. The USB drivers from motorola installed and seem to be working fine. However whenever I connect with with it, it establishes the connection but then stops responding within a few seconds. I have really racked my brain with this and have reformatted and reinstalled windows 98se twice to no avail.
I think the problem is with my USB devices. Whe[FONT=Arial Black]n I open device manager the USB controllers are listed as: Compaq PCI to USB open host controller
Generic USB Hub
Motorola Iden USB modem
Unknown Device
USB Root Hub
No Matter what I do I can not get rid of the unknown device or find a driver for it. If I remove it and reboot windows just reinstalls it when I start back up. I cannot find any other USB drivers anywhere for this machine. Currently I am just using the default ones on the WIN98se installation disk. Any help here would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!
Thanks,
Doug

Intel Mod
Welcome to WinDrivers testwrench.
Best suggestion I can come up with is this page:
http://www.ctxtec.com/support/download/drivers.htm
at the bottom of the page, download the 400 series notebook drivers, try the install.
Post back to us if you still have any problems.
