USB ports never works
Hi,
Both my USB ports do not work. I have checked BIOS and all USB drivers. How to check if the ports are bad ?
Is it possible to replace the USB ports - the ports are with the motherboard itself.
Please advise.
Regards,
Subrata

you cant replace the onboard ports...but you can install a USB card that has 2 or 4 USB ports.

Are the USB ports you use located in the front of the PC - on the front panel?
I would check to make sure that they are properly wired.
