    Thunderbird Windows Client Problem

My problem is I'd like to back up the e-mail in my inbox bt I'm not sure how. I would like to simply export the e-mails to outlook, or another thunderbird client but I seem to be stuck on how to do this.

    Any advice is appreciated.
