Is there such a thing as HP printer repair certification? If so, I'd like information as to how I'd go about earning it.

I take it no one out there has repaired printers professionally? I'm interested in home study and books on the subject due to the fact that I have had to do some extensive laserjet repairs as of late.

The only way to take a HP service exam is to first work for a authorized reseller of HP products.

Thank you for the information. It looks like I am unable to sign up. I requires an Outlet ID and I don't think we have one. We are an goverment education institution a consumer and not a supplier.

If your institution's website ends in .edu there's a good chance your IS Dept already has one.
