Welcome gvenditto
I don't think we've had a chace to properly be introduced yet, but please accept a warm welcome from the Lounge gang.
For those who are perplexed, gvenditto is Editor-in-chief for JupiterWeb.

If this ain't a dumb question .. can't any of these guys type or what ? Why are you having to 'welcome' them ? (in quotes as methinks welcome ain't the word some might use, & so the use of the word 'warm' might have a few meanings also) Can't they manage to introduce themselves ?
I think it'd been much better if they had, then I might not be in 'outraged for a reason I'm not so sure about' mode

I wanted to give all the "new" mods an opportunity to share and get involved with the WD community, as they were obviously active when I posted these.
Confus-ed, I don't think you're alone in feeling this way.

gvenditto, man, that's a tough name to say with a straight face...fanatically: <give-in ditto>, or <G-vendetta>, or...nah, this is stupid, what was the other guys name?
