I reformatted my Pc and i havent been able to get my sounds card to work.

I have downloaded 4 different drivers, 2 from the maufacturers site.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device, reinstalled driver and so on and so on ......
Error message says it cannot install hardwear because it cannot find proper softwear.
I am beyond frustrated as to why i cant get a driver that will work

Here is my sys info...
