Windows Xp Don't Detect DVD Burner
Hi'
I the problem is I just bought a Pioneer DVR A08 XL DVD±RW Drive 294140 EBCR to replace my Pioneer DVR 104 and I also have a Pioneer DVR 109 I got the Pioneer DVR a08 so I can use that with my 109 but as soon as I put in the A08 and startup windows the 109 is'nt there so I uninstall the A08 and the 109 shows in windows after reboot so I change the cable swap the drives and the same thing happen any Ideas of what is causeing this please help me.

What do youhave the jumpers on the back of the drives set to? both cable select, or one master and one slave?

you know what I never knew that there was a jumper on the back of the drives I'll check and keep you posted.

That was the problem both drives was set on master so I put the 109 on slave thanks again for your help.
