Actually, it has been 3 and a half years (I am scared that you remember that). I went through a really bad relationship and had to do a lot of growing up and find out who I am. I am a better man for being alone these last few years, and it will be that much sweeter when love finds me again.

I know it was a HS thing, but it has taken me a while to get to a point where I am happy enough with myself to want to be with someone else. You are correct, and getting out and meeting people is the next goal I have in front of me, and one I am going to work hard to accomplish!

hey man i've been in your shoes and i alwasy had a hard time meeting new people. But lately i've been discovering that it really isn't all that hard really. If your in line and some cute broad get shoved into you strike up a conversation instead of just staying silent (had that one recently, she turned out to be australian and hot to boot). Or if you're still in school if some chick asks you a question about a class or something kepp talking before you give them what they want.
Hell sometimes an onld aquaintance/friend isn't a bad thing either. THat's what i've been mainly working on, get to know someone you once knew and were attracted to and see where things stand. Sometimes when you look back on a situation you realize that there was something there, the timing just wasn't right.
