<a href="http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q310651" target="_blank">This from M$KB for WinXP</a> Should be of some help to you. It has a few links to other pages that will help also.
And <a href="http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q229842" target="_blank"> this for win9x</a>, it all depends what system has the Internet connection.

As mentioned previously in a reply to your <a href="http://forums.windrivers.com/cgi-bin/forum3/noncgi/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic&f=6&t=000400" target="_blank">
other question</a> you could use <a href="http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/proxy.htm" target="_blank"> Analog X’s Proxy </a>, a good freeware program. Also <a href="http://www.winproxy.com" target="_blank">WinProxy</a> works well.
Good luck!
