Files needed for Dial-Up Networking

I am looking for the files needed to install Dial-Up networking for Windows98. I believe that includes the following:
-Client for Microsoft Networks
-Dial-Up Adapter
-TCP/IP

Is there somewhere I may find what I need? Maybe on the Microsoft website... if so... where???

Install them from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel...the install will ask for your Windows CD when needed.

Ah yes... but here lies the 'rub' I do not have a 98 CD in my posession.
