Unhappy New slave hard drive has created 2 new drives E and F ????

I have just installed a slave hard drive but when I look in Explore Not only can I now see my master drive C: and my slave drive - Local drive E: I can also see Local drive F: ?????

Where has the third drive come from ?

The slave hard drive was only 6 GB but that has been split over E: now 4GB and F: now 2GB

How can I resolve this and just have 1 drive of 6GB ???????

    Help I have a Monkeybrain

Which operating system are you using if XP use Disk Management to assertain the layout of the drives/partitions?
If the problem is on the slave drive you can remove and remake partitions from within this tool.
