Panasonic Cf-25 Can't Get Into Bios
I Have Tried Esc,f-1,f-2,f-10,del.i Have Tried Everything I Know To Get Into The Biosof My Cf-25.i Hopethat Someone Can Tell Me Something That Will Work.thanks

According to the manual , the BIOS is accessed by pressing F1 at startup. Perhaps you have a dodgy keyboard?. You might try plugging a PS/2 keyboard into the beast and see if that works.
I think I know just enough to know how much I don't know... I think...

The manual, which is available for download from Panasonic.com, says to press the F1 key. Don't hold it down, press it once every second to get in.

F-1 Takes Me To The Setup But There Has To Be Some Place Where I Can Set Boot Selection ,or To Adjust For More Memory,or To View System Settings .

Page 41 of the manual posted above shows Boot up drive FDD->HDD so Id suggest looking at altering that perameter.

OK SO CAN YOU TELL ME HOW TO GET THE LAPTOP TO FIND THE NEW MEMORY I PUT IT.IT IS STILL SHOWING THE 32MEG AND I PUT A 64 MEG IN AND IT SHOULD SHOW A TOTAL OF 96 MEG.

use lower case!
if it does,nt see the memory , then the memory is INCORRECT for the laptop.
can u remove the orig 32m , and run it with the extra 64m , or is it built into the machine?

the 32meg is onboard.the 64 is the right mem.144 pin sodimm

i also have a battery problem.it does not find the battery.i dont know if it is good or bad,but it doesnt even show that one is in the laptop when i go to the power setup.i seen somewhere that if something in bios is not set right the batt.might not read

Manual states EDO sodimmwhich is p/n CF-BA6164 this is the type you insereted isnt it?

what i have is 64 mb 100mhz (8x64) 3.3v sn
IBM part # fru:20L0264 that is a pc 66-100 144 pin sodimm
