    Lexmar Jumpdrive Secure

Getting "unrecognized file versions" and "file versions have changed which may cause instability in the windows operating system..." errors when connecting jumpdrive to pc. OS is Windows XP Pro. Any ideas?

Are you able to run anti-virus on the files?

Have one and it's working fine.. must be something with your OS. Tested on 2K, XP home and pro.

I had one do the same thing. It worked in 2000 , 98 and XP for a while. Then none of the computers would recognise it. I went to their websit and got a RMA number and sent it off for repair or replacement. I haven't got it back yet but it hasn't been that long since it was sent off. The good thing is you don't have to have your receipt when you send it off (which I had lost).

In the meantime I found a deal on a Lexmar Jumpdrive 1 gig. That one has been working great and really comes in handy. My co-worker accidently left his in his pants pockets and washed it. Still worked when he took it out. Although, I wouldn't recommend that....
