Free Enterprise.

Guess it's buh bye for Star Trek Enterprise.
UPN and Paramount today jointly announced the show's cancellation
Prequels. A bad idea.
Though at times the show was pretty good.
For the first time in many, many years there will be no Star Trek series!

I won't miss it. Evil alien time-traveling Nazis... Every bad Star Trek cliche at once.

So what happened to him after that the next series seems to have died a death in the UK?

The Nazis were some aliens who were messing with the timeline. Archer (no not you, the other Archer) fixed it so the Nazis lose again.
Universe saved. Series cancelled.

Think of it as workers being replaced by cheaper labor.
How's that Larommi?

Thats pretty good but you forgot the fact that TV had been going down that road since the 80's, with cookie cutter shows and spinoffs. Reality shows may be cheap but the MTV generation is embracing them. Its not the matter of economics...look at what they paid the cast of Friends. Its the fact that people like watching the mis-adventures of real people.
Oh and lets not forget that Enterprise blows dog nuts. I am a huge Trek fan but damn this show just plain blows.

It occasionally had its moments. Not many, but it had some.

Nothing even close to what the other shows were like. They really hosed voyager up towards the end but that was even better than Enterprise

Perhaps they should cut costs in the film industry by economising on wages i.e. actors and directors its almost as bad as American football and baseball players when it comes to overheads.

Darn, I hate to admit it, but I completely agree with you.

You know what strikes me as incredibly hypocritical? People like George Will who are right wing ideologues who never met a free market they didn't like.
Except the market for baseball players. Will has written article after article saying that that the free market for players is killing the game and limitations must be enacted.

Hi there,
Well, Enterprise didn't do so well, as it's only shown mostly on channels that most peoples don't have or have to pay extras. I remember when the other series was aired on CTV here in Canada. I don't get UPN here.
I hope it's goes on, it's getting good. Danm those reality crap TV spoiled all the good shows off.
