Delphi 7 Error with Crystal Reports

I receive this error when I try to create a new crystal report object within a delphi 7 program

    WARNING

    Error: 728
    E
    OpenPrintJob <PEOpenPrintJob>

This is a blank new form just dropped a seagate crystal reports object
Linked it to a working .rpt file then double click on this object and receive the above error.

Google'ing finds nothing about this error

    Delphi 7
    Cystal Reports 8
    Running on XP Pro

    Any thoughts
