USB massive storage device problem
Hi everybody!
I plugged a 64 Mb pen drive in my XP machine, the system recognices it, and it sais that the USB device is ready for use......¡¡but the system doesn't assigns a unit letter to it!!!, so it becomes unreachable.
Any idea?

Go into drive manager via admin tools and post what it says about the state of the drive.

Hi Archer:
I went to drive manager and the usb drive was there, using the same letter of a mapped unit; I changed the drive assignation to the device and ¡presto! the problem is gone.
