    Can't Delete sent mail

Running Outlook Express 6.0 on a Win 98se computer. It all started when I tried to sent a large file out. A error came back telling me that the IP server does not allow the size I was sending. But it sent it anyway. Then I try to clean up my mail so I tried to delete some of my old sent mail but it would not let me. So I tried to delete some old delete mail and I could do that. I also I'm able to delete my in mail too.
I have been in and out of OutLook Express and one time when I went to the sent mail I got a message saying low memory not enough disk space. I have about 4GB left on my Hard Drive.

Still can't shake this problem. Can any of my fellow Techs help ?

Have you tried rebooting to safe mode and then deleting the sent mail?

you can always create a personal folder and send your stuff to that folder.
delete the profile from outlook express and re-create it, that should get rid of it.

Along the same lines as Peli... try moving the outlook store directory and maybe try reimporting the old ones if you want to try and save some of the emails...I'm not sure if this will just copy the existing data files with the change or not, if it does, just backup the files elsewhere, delete them and when you run outlook it should create new ones... From my personal experience it has something to do with the "database tables" getting messed up and they need to be rewritten... because there is a problem with the "tables" you run the risk of loosing the damaged emails tho.
