    Moving Servers

    We are going to be upgrading our Servers hardware soon this includes the hard drives, whats the easest way to bring all of the users, e-mails, my documents and settings accross??
    It's not big and it's not clever!!

    There is no "standard" way, it all depends on how you have the servers configured. If you have the data on a separate physical array it can be much easier, but you could also copy the files (take a look at robocopy from M$). For user accounts just configure the new server(s) as domain controllers and the data will be replicated, when you are done just demote the old server.
