I have a customer who has a Windows 95 machine with Office 97 on it. How do you back up his contacts, calender, E-Mails and E-mail settings please.

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to talk the customer through this process as I use it all the time. Only he told me that there is nowhere to click to export as a .pst file. Does it by default export to a locating on the hard drive and if so where?
Many thanks. Gary

When you say My Documents do you mean it back up to here itself or after you run the Import/Export wizard. If it is after the Import/Export wizaed where is the wizard as the customer says he can't find it.

Once you find your outlook.pst file, usually in C:\Windows, you can then Right-Click on it, go to Send and then select My Documents or A:\ Floppy drive or whatever. You can even R-C on that file and then perform the old Copy & Paste routine.
