Lightbulb FRONTEK USB TO 10/100 Ethernet Adapter

I like to use my USB TO 10/100 Ethernet Adapter using my OS Win 2000 professional.

When I start NT5 I can see that there are no ethernetadapters installed and under the tab USB controllers (device manager) I se the following:
Not supported VIA USB universal host controller

I contacted VIA but they told me to contact FRONTEK, but I cannot find them or a compatible driver.

Can someone give me some advice or provide me with an URL where I can find the correct drivers?

    Thanks in advance!

Have you installed the latest VIA USB Filter for Win2K & the latest 4-in-1 drivers?

I have to agree with Darren. The VIA 4 in 1 driver sounds like the problem. The VIA chip set is sound but needs the driver to be compatable with the OS. Also, try contacting the MB manufacturer. VIA is usually the chipset maker. The MB manufacturer will know more about the drivers needed for the MB.
