Yeah that and my life - being a single mother is much more fun!
Seriously though, exhubby thought himself indespensible when it comes to doing hard things like making up furniture from flatpacks and drilling holes in the wall to stop furniture falling over when 6 year old decides to go mountain climbing on the bookcase....so last week I found out exactly how hard these things are to do... fun they are, hard they are not.
3 days it took him to build a computer desk and secure a tall book case in the wrong place. I built a 5 draw chest in less than 2 hours and rearranged the entire room in a day, screwing things back to the wall as well.
He is super pissed I did this and that there is nothing wrong with what or how I did it and even more angry that he is the only one who doesn't like the arrangement I have done. My son says it's just what he wanted, my older stepson says it's cool, my daughter thinks its the best arrangement and could I do her room....
So this weekend I really have to do two assignments... but here I am instead.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Noo, if you can make Win/IE secure, you'd find making furniture secure dead easy

The best quote I've seen all day
There's no panic like the panic you momentarily feel when you've got
your hand or head stuck in something

Not to mention swapping out the various fixings so they look nothing like the picture on the packing list...
