    Talking Prizes got mentioned !

    ..Now in the middle of recent events, I'm sure I managed to slip the idea of prizes into the equation & somehow or other 'management' commented on it being a good idea (big mistake .. but hey !) ..

    So I want to see some .. prizes that is .. so as it was only one of my dumb ideas , how can we do it practically?

    What could the site offer & (probably more interestingly) what could we get up to , to earn them ?

    Maybe they could implement some sort of fake money, and call it WD Bucks or something, and we could all start with oh say, about $500 or so, and you can spend it on things like custom titles, glowing usernames, virtual games, etc.

    Just a thought, completely original.......

    • TechNet subscription
    • Special member status
    • Gift certificate to Newegg.com (or other)
    • Video games and gaming hardware (graphics cards, etc.)
    • Any PC hardware


    Granted for
    • Hardware reviews (submitted from manufacturers?)
    • Relevant tech assistance (rating system required)
    • Overall contribution to WD Forums

    Exactly ! & I think if we can be more 'Adept' in our suggestions (at least he latched on to my intent), then perhaps we might see this change from 'stupid 'ed suggestion' into reality - I think if we can manage a workable solution, 'management' is quite interested in this idea
