Loaded new Driver But very little Volume

I have recently resinstalled Win 98SE. During the process I lost my sound. I have two sound boards. Creative Live Value (CT4670) Sound card and
    ES1938/ES1941/ES1946 Solo-1 (e) Audiodrive.
I downloaded the driver for the Creative board and my sound was restored. But My volume levels are not nearly what they used to be. I have the volume at Max and it is still at a very low volume level. Is there anything I could do to change this? Do I also need to add a driver for the other board?
My system Is a Aptiva IBM Win 98 SE 4.10.222A
Any Help that can be sent my way would be greatly appreciated.

If you are using the creative card, the ES Audiodrive should be removed/disabled. As far as volume, are your speakers powered? Have you connected them to the appropriate jack? There may be both a speaker out and a line out - you want the former.
Probability factor of one to one...we have normality, I repeat we have normality. Anything you still can't cope with is therefore your own problem.
