From Apple's website:
Apple LaserWriter Drivers: Windows 98 Compatibility
Microsoft includes a PostScript driver with Windows 98 that will allow you to print to most Apple LaserWriter printers. Since this is not an Apple printer driver, we will be unable to assist you with any issues you may encounter with this PostScript driver.
Also, in this thread, one user found success with using the HP LaserJet 4 driver when installing his Apple LaserWriter in WinXP.
Let us know how it ends up so that we might all learn from it.
Good Luck!

The drivers are included in all the Windows operating systems, Most of the drivers for printers from Microsoft don't have the full capability of the manufactures driver (e.g. Alps drivers for Win 2k).
I have used some of the drivers to drive software postscript rips, they worked with no problems.
