    Agfa Snapscan Touch Scanner

    Hi

    I have a snapscan touch USB scanner supplied with version 1 of Scanwise.

    The latest driver is version 2.00 but when downloaded and installed the device has a communication problem, and there seems no way to correct this.

    Revert back to V1 and all is fine!! However there are solme good features in version 2 which I would like to use..

    Any ideas?

    Actually, the version listed is 2.0.0.9. Is this the version you tried?

    Also, notice the link at the bottom for User's Guide. It just might have some good info in there that might help you out.

    Thanks for your help, but these are the downloads I used from the Agfa Site. Ive been looking around and it appears that there are a lot of XP users who still have to use the earlier version.. oh well, it still works well ... thanks again
