can't read blank cds to burn
i have a TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H552B. the problem is whenever i want to burn a cd, i insert a blank cd, but it won't read it, it will ask to insert a blank cd. i tried burning it through nero and windows media player, but it doesn't work. i reinstalled the drivers, and even did a system recovery, but it still doesn't work. it burned two cds, then it stopped working. i haved tried cd-rws cd-rs of different brands, but it doesn't work. any advise????

Try downloading the latest firmware update. If it doesn't work then, probably need to RMA it. Had the same problem with my LG DVD burner. Good luck.
there will be plenty of time to sleep after I'm dead....
