    Acess to other peoples Mailboxes

Our bos is worried about what other people are receiving by e-mail so he wants to be able to have access to everyones mailbox. Is this possible in exchange 2003?

    Worried in what way?
There are several system wide industrial strength programs for restricing access or types of email attachments i.e. porn.Do they wish to restict these items or just snoop?

We have had several employees applying for new jobs, so he wants to be able to access everyones e-mails periodically to check what they've sent and received.

So the answer is to snoop I suppose.
