Why is "Do Not Download from Server" rule missing from Outlook?
I used the "Do Not Download From Server" rule in Outlook Express but cannot find it in Outlook 2002.
I need to to use Outlook in instead of Outlook Express and need this rule to do so.
I can't understand why it would not be on Outlook but on Outlook Express
I have a POP3 account which different people use. In outlook express I used the rule "Where the To or CC line does not contain '[email protected]' Do not download it from server ". I also had the option checked to leave a copy of the messages on the server. This was so another person could access my email, their computer is then set to delete mail older than 5 days.
Anyone any thoughts?
Thanks
Dan Morton
