Pictures from the Arctic Circle...

Sorry about the delay. I've been pretty darn busy the last few days and I'm just getting around to these. Oh and tomorrow is our trip to Denali...more pics to follow!

Well first is the Chukchi Sea on June 4, 2005. The ice floe is still hanging around even though the air temps are in the mid-50°F's. Out about a ¼ mile are seals out the wazoo, but the buggers blend in.

Of course we have the "beach"

And one last one from the Port Dock.

The tundra is greening and flowering up too. It will even be prettier in another couple of weeks.

As with all of my pics if anybody is interested in the much larger versions let me know and I'll send them along.

She'll have to be bloomin' flexible to manage that !! Its slang dear Margret for your 'bum hole' .. it can also translate to 'excess' depending on its usage, I think here Major must be saying there's lots of seals
