    Welcome to windrivers faisalcmpm

That information is not recorded on a standard windows installation. If a file or disk access monitoring utility was already running, you might get the info from there.

Why wasn't your personal data password protected?

It mightn't give you everything you need, but this freeware utility will show you what USB devices have been connected to your system:

    http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/usb_devices_view.html

If you can identify a device or devices that are not used by you, it would give you a lead what to look for having been used to gain unauthorised access to your system. If you are in a position to legitimately do any audit of devices being used by others, in a work environment for example, the device serial number and instance creation date on your system could be sufficient, even though no record exists of what the device was used for.

    Nice find Platypus

I wonder if it's going to do him any good though. I suspect he was using a college based computer and left himself logged in....probably every make and model of usb stick going has been stuffed into the usb ports of a machine like that.

There's the rub - you would have to be in a position to audit devices and establish person x's flash drive had been used inappropriately on the system at the time in question. If it's not faisal's own system and/or his account is not authorised to run the utility, then it won't help.
