Trend Micro online virus scanner changed?

Had a go with the Trend Micro online virus scanner once again this week on a system, and it detected some infections.... however, it requested me to open a support ticket or something like that before proceeding with removal - I don't recall it prompting for that before..........(or did it?)

Yes the scanner has changed. I notice it is asking to send more data to trend and not actually removing things as easy as before. I'd say the security spyware side of the scan is still in it's infancy.

I still prefer to use Panda activescan, to me it works better and gets rid of more.
