HP PSC 1315 and 2210 Problem

I have 2 HP PSC models that are both giving me the same trouble. Both have had paper jams and are now free of any paper pieces. I turn on the power and they will pull a piece of paper 1/2 way through then stop and flash paper jamb. Every time the same thing. I have checked HP's site and thried everything that they suggest but nothing seems to work. Any help would be very much appreciated.

In case you haven't already found this, you can find your User's Guide here:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/m...lang=en&cc=us&

I take it you've tried the steps for Clearing Paper Jams on the PSC 1315 here:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...dlc=en&lang=en

It also has procedures for cleaning the paper rollers.

Go here for Clearing Paper Jams on the PSC 2210:
    http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...dlc=en&lang=en

It is also possible that the gears that drive the paper rollers have gone bad or the paper sensor is jammed or have gone bad. You might try blowing some compressed air up in there to clear any debris from the sensors.

    Hope this helps out...Good Luck!

Thanks DonJ but I have tried all of those things. The only thing I missed is the air to the sensors, where are they? I have looked high and low for any type of micro switch, sensor or some type of device that I can clean or check. There does not seem to be anything there. Help
