in addition, i went ahead and ran that filter driver load order tool thingy you suggested. here are the results?
Upper Class Filter GEARAspiWDM
Upper Device Filter redbook
Device Object ATAPI CD-RW 48x16 USB Device
Lower Device Filter imapi
i'm not sure if there's anything else i need to do with the filter driver load order window, let me know if there is.
