Memory broke?

I use wavelab for audio-editing. My pc is a p4 2.8, 768 memory. when i meta-normalize about 30 soundfiles, i sometimes get a blue screen which says, KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR, this happened also this afternoon when i recorded a live recording of approx. 10 seconds, it loaded the visual wave when i stopped the recorded and..whoops: KERNEL_DATA_.....I now i want to save a single mp3 to wave rendering with a VST-effect on, wavelab says:"out of memory". do not understand it, is there something wrong with hardware or is my system not optimised somewhere to use wavelab?
Everything seems to works nice otherwise, using different softwares at the times or playing memory-intense games. Can my memory get broke?

Check free space on your system partition....To be exact check Page file size that should be approximately 1.5 * physical memory of system that makes it about 1200MB in your case.

I see it's 1152, so i can conclude that's fine (?). Just did a PC-scan which gave me next results:

could be bad memory or bad sector on hdd,so i suggest get memtest utilitie it is free and a hdd diag proggy like powermax or from the maker of your hdd this is also free,good luck
