Back to school !

Well thank the lord above says I, those pesky school holidays are over (least for mine), & my kid can now only potentially annoy the hell out of me only 18 hrs a day instead of 24 !

But have I have got through some cash keeping my little darling amused this year ..? I certainly have ! .. LOTS !

So my wallet, at least, is in full agreement

How do you feel about school restarting ? Parents I'm sure will relate to my thoughts, but other souls with impending exams might be feeling a whole lot different ?

Well of course the holiday dates are a bit different here, but good friends of mine up in Sydney will be experiencing their eldest daughter taking her final secondary school exams later this year, which will be a bit stressful. Must find out the dates.

Back to school rush at our shop is sucking. Too many machines coming in every day and all the customers expect to have them back the next bloody day for some reason. At least I can enjoy the look on their faces when I tell them we will start working on it in 5-7 business days due to the backlog of systems.

My son went back August 25th!

Back to school means back to work for me....

They go back to school here the 2nd week of August and it means the morning traffic normally doubles in our little burg of 15,000. There is only one road going north from here, so if there is an accident or evacuation forget about it.
