HP LaserJet 1100A on Windows 2000

My problem is this,

We have some HP LaserJet 1100A in the office that are laser printer plus a page scanner combine. They were working fine with Win98 but since we try to install those on Win2K machine we got that weird problem. If I install the old drivers from the original CD the Scanner work fine but the printer don't, if I install the new drivers from HP web site the printer work fine but the scanner don't... I just wanna know if anybody have seen somthing like that before and if you know the solution.

You might want to read up on what HP says about Windows 2000 and HP LaserJet MFP products.

It lists step-by-step procedures on re-enabling all of the features of your multifunction printer. Hopefully, this will get you up and going again...
