Dell Optiplex Fails to Boot
Have a Dell Optiplex GX110 brought to my shop with this message:
Alert! Previous attempts at booting this system have failed at
checkpoint [size].
Dell's website support search yields results, but says to contact Dell tech Support for help on this error. It is not under warranty so not an option.
Various searches have not yielded much info on this for me. It almost seems like a power issue as it keeps turning on and off, with a beep every time.
Anyone familiar with this message?

did you see this dell forum message? other forums show similar problems are ALL hardware related. Size may relate to a hidden partition check...
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

One thing to try is unplug all usb devices and power, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds then plug the power alone back in. power the system on and when you are back in windows plug the usb devices back in.
