Hello Varsha, welcome to WinDrivers.
Your system mainboard appears to be an Asus P5LD2-VM SE.
If you enter that model into the search here:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx
and choose your Operating System, you should find the drivers you need.

Hi,
Thanks for help.
The asus.com/download site shows drivers of Audio which has Realtek ALC880/882 Audio Driver. I could install this driver successfully on my computer. But when I tried to configure voice as -
Start - All Programs - Accessories - Entertainment - Volume Control I can see following message -
"There are no active mixer device available. To install mixer devices go to control panel click printer and other hardware then click add hardware"
Can you please tell if i took the correct driver to install?

Hi,
The problem is solved finally
As mentiond above already installed Real Tek.
So checked the C:/Windows/system32/sndvol32.exe if present.
The file was present.
Then again checked device manager:
found following
device manager - sound video game controller - All fine
device manager - other - found device related to sound(with volume icon) with yellow mark indicating not working properly.
However there were other devices which were working properly.
So uninstalled that not-working-device and restarted PC.
And I could hear sound - system and all.
Thanks to Platypus NooNoo and all. This forum helped me lot.
Thank you
