USB, or not to B :(
Hey WinDrivers guys,
I never really noticed when this happened but for some reason, under device manager, there is no appearence of Universal Serial Bus ports or any other USB information for that matter.
As a result, any USB device such as a webcam/ipod/wacom etc. just is not being picked up by the computer.
Im not exactly sure which piece of hardware is responsible for this but I would love it if someone could explain what information I need to list and if possible explain to me how to fix this extremely annoying problem.
Many thanks

Welcome to Windrivers Kardoza
By the sounds of things usb has been turned off in the bios setup (sometimes called cmos). It depends on your machine as how you get into the set up, but when it starts press the appropriate key - usually the del key for unbranded machines and f2, or f10 on branded machines... but there are a whole lot of different ways. If they don't work, post your make and model

Wow, for some reason the bios did manage to change itself. I looked around in it and found the USB settings and I enabled them.
Thanks alot!
