Gigabyte Ethernet Controller
I'm having bad hair day or weeks, trying to find driver for ethernet controller, none to be found. My son own Gigabyte P4 Titan Series GA-8IPE1000 Pro2 motherboard. We runs on network without any problems on ADSL for 8 months until last week the icon disappeared in network connection. In Device Manager shown ethernet controller with question mark, I've tried to update driver which does not to be found also gigabyte driver unable to detect driver. I've tried reformatted, updated bios, everything I can find was nothing to be found. There's no driver suitable for Intel Kenai 11 only for this type of mobo. Please help me to solve the problem.

Welcome to Windrivers rawry45
if you are using the onboard lan the correct driver is here
Now if it just vanished, it is possible that the onboard lan got turned off in bios. When the machine first starts hit the del key a fiew times to get into the bios. manual for the motherboard is here In it you will find the various bios options. Set onboard lan to enable.
The other possible diagnosis is that the onboard lan died and you may have to buy a pci nic to replace the functionality.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
