    Canon imageRunner Mailbox issue

When our employees share Microsoft Office files, the files remember the Canon imageRunner Mailbox ID of the person who created the file. Anyone who prints the file has the file printed to the creator's mailbox, not to the user actually printing the file. We haven't been able to find anywhere, either in office or the printers on the local machines a setting that would store the Canon mailbox number. We're running Windows Xp machines with MS Office 2003 SP2. We had this problem with MS Office Xp and the pre-service packs of 2003.

When you click on Print, it should give you a drop-down menu to select your printer from. Do you have that option?

Is the Canon imageRunner selected as the Default? M$ Office should print out to the Default printer unless you select otherwise as noted above.
    I'm good enough.
