WINDOWS XP WONT INSTALL ON NEWLY BUILT SYSTEM! Please help me!

I recently built a new computer and I cant install windows on it. I get the BSOD PDF_LIST_CORRUPT at about the User Agreement page on the windows startup cd.

Its a DFI LanParty nF4 SLI-D MB. I'm certain ive got the machine assembled correctly... but I just dont understand why I get the error everytime. Is there something I'm missing in my BIOS? The hard drive is a SATA drive, which I'm completely new to. Ive pressed F6 when the Windows installer asked to setup a RAID driver... and I installed the "Required" components. But I still get the blue screen right after I select "I agree" at the user agreement.

Can anyone help me? If you need anymore information, let me know.
