Xp?
Hai guys...
my q is can a Microsoft XP operating system been installed in a Intel Celeron 433Mhz, Ram 128Mb, with a capacity of the HDD 4G. will it work on this system and we can use the Mcrosoft Word XP version onto this system.

Minimum requirement are 64mb memory (just enough to start the system) and a 300 processor and 1.5gig HD. Yes but it will be very slow at best. Put another 512 stick in er and you might be able to stand it. I figure the drive is a 5400 also which will slow er down a mite.

Well I wouldn't even think about it .. stick with 98 for that one, & programs written for that

I had a PIII 533 @ 133bus w/512pc133 and a 7200rpm drive and WinXP was at a crawl.
No matter where you go........there you are.
