Graphics card upgrade advice - passive cooler

I'm looking to upgrade a Radeon 7500 to something a bit more powerful for movie/multimedia viewing.

    A Geforce 6600GT looks impressive but a bit overkill...so:

    - AGP
    - Fairly quiet so a passive cooler would be handy
    - Preferably not a heat-generating beast that requires a Molex power connector attached
    - 3D capabilities not critical although anything better than that 7500 would be nice
    -

    Help!

I use a Radeon 9550 256M on my rig and it does very well with video and is a decent 3D card as well, for all I do it serves very well, so I second the 9550 suggestion

Ran some tests with AquaMark3. Here are the scores:

    Radeon 7500 64meg: 7000
    Radeon 9550 256meg: 18000
    Geforce 6600GT 128meg (on loan): 35000

I'm satisfied with the Radeon 9550's performance.

    Cheers for the input

Aftermarket coolers can even make high end cards run passive cooling.
