Windows XP Control Panel Lock Out Problem
Hi.
I just reformatted and have been installing programs, one of which is Tweak UI (The original version, not the Power Toys one). Anyway, I've obviously checked the wrong box somewhere and now I can't access the Control Panel. The problem is, I need to get in there and undo the mistake!!
I get the following message: 'This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your systems administrator'
I'm the only user of this, so I set it up that I don't even have to log in, it just goes straight into Windows, so I have no idea how I log in as admin, since I don't get asked!!
Does anybody know the fix, registry key pehaps?
TIA.
Michael.

tried typing tweakui in the run box?
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."
