Post Hp 3200 LaserJet All In One Model

Here is the problem, I have adobe acrobat 5.0 and am using my HP 3200 laserjet to scan in TONS of documents into my computer. Dilema is that when I go to File, Import, scan, after every page, adobe , makes me click on next page before proceeding. Some documents are over 100 pages long, and this is really inconvient, any suggestion? O/S is Windows 2000 pro. Is there anyway for adobe to automatically scan all the pages in the printer tray without me manually telling it to proceed for EVERY page?? Thanks in advance, matt.

Are you using the adobe software to scan them or the software that came with the LJ3200? I thought that series could scan a stack at once...

Try the latest software versions (if they're available) for the LJ3200?

Also, check your settings in Acrobat (I'm not to familiar with that), there might be something in there...

Sorry I couldn't be more help.

While I don't have a direct answer to your problem, I do have a couple of suggestions:
    1) Go here for <a href="http://www.hp.com/cgi-bin/cposupport/swindex.pl?p=hplaserjet21874&l=en&c=MicrosoftWindo ws2000" target="_blank">drivers & downloads for your LJ3200 for Win2000</a>. There is a fairly recent firmware update for you. Also, notice the link there for Manuals...your User's Guides are available for download.
    2) Go here to read up on <a href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/printers/support_doc/bpl08274.html" target="_blank">LaserJet 3200 Product - Supported Third-Party Programs</a>. There are several Adobe products listed...
    3) Go here to read up on <a href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/printers/support_doc/bpl08311.html" target="_blank">Common Scanning Issues</a>. Scroll down about halfway down the page...it talks about using Adobe Acorbat 5.0 and making sure that various files are version 1.6.0.6.
    4) Go here to read up on <a href="http://www.hp.com/cposupport/printers/support_doc/bpl08523.html" target="_blank">Software Installation Overview</a>.
Let us know how it goes...Good Luck!

Thanks for the response guys, but still no fix. I am still not sure whether the problem is Adobe or HP. Very frustrating! Any other suggestions, please advise!

Try this program, called "push the freakin button" you can program it to automatically "push" a button in a dialog box - might help you out.

The "Push the Freakin Button" program is wonderful. Worked like a charm! Thanks for the help!
