Share Windows XP
I have a Windows Xp built PC and a Windows ME built PC. Both PC's are ethernet connected and share internet connection.
Can I upgrade my ME PC to XP using my existing XP CD ROM, or do I need to purchase another licenced copy?

you need a licensed individual copy of XP for each machine it is installed on unless you are a corporation with bulk licensing.
